- Located 150 yards from the legendary surf break!
- Furnished (table, chairs, floor fans, etc)
- Full Kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, pots, pans, potable spring water from tap, utensils)
- Bathroom (toilet, shower)
- Bedroom upstairs with double bed (sleeps 1 person or a couple)
- Living Room with Bunk Bed (sleeps 2)
- Standard 110/120 Volt electricity
